Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are prepared and handed off to our carriers within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are generally processed the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are packaged with professional cold-chain insulation and shipped Monday through Thursday only, so they are not left in transit over the weekend.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

Because we begin processing orders quickly to keep dispatch times fast:

• We will make every effort to honor change requests, but once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

We stand behind every order we deliver:

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives compromised, spoiled, or damaged because of a shipping delay, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement right away.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or if items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
